Anterior vitrectomy with membranectomy

This young patient with history of penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) in the setting of microcornea and juvenile glaucoma developed a dense, secondary, fibrovascular membrane anterior and posterior to his intraocular lens implant.  The membrane was surgically removed using an anterior vitrector and Duet micro-scissors.
