The photo shows an eye with absolute glaucoma.There is bullous keratopathy inferiorly. A caput medusae is forming circumcorneally. There is a slight amount of blood in the anterior chamber. There is extensive neovascularization of the iris. There is a complete iridectomy superiorly. The eye is aphakic as a result of cataract surgery.
