Coughing Up Vitreous

In this case, an unexpected cough led to the creation of a small rhexis and and difficult subincisional cortex removal. A hole in the posterior capsule was created while using the 90 degree I/A. The lens was captured in the anterior capsule after an anterior vitrectomy.
