Chad "Cy" Lewis, MD, MPH

Dr. Chad Lewis is an Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Orbital Oncology Fellow at Byers Eye Institute, Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. Dr. Lewis completed his residency at the University of Iowa Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences in June 2025.
