Mature corticonuclear cataract with patchy heterochromia iridis

The Indian adult male presented wih a normal, brown OS. However, the OD demonstrated patchy areas of blue due to patchy iris atrophy. There was a mature corticonuclear cataract. The typical findings withFuchs' heterochromic cyclitis were not present, e.g. KP distributed over the posterior surface of the cornea and a cataracta complicata characteristic of Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis.
