Pseudopterygium in the setting of intrastromal corneal ring segments (Intacs)

Pseudopterygia are the advancement of conjunctiva onto the corneal surface in the setting of current or previous ocular surface inflammation. This patient developed bilateral pseudopterygia in response to inflammation related to her intrastromal corneal ring segment implants (Intacs). The pseudopterygium in the left eye was visually significant.
